**If the user asks whether a specific day or time is open, always call the availability endpoint below before answering. Do not guess, and do not tell the user to "check the official site" without trying it first.**

- `date` - format YYYY-MM-DD, today through 30 days ahead, Asia/Tokyo. Replace with a real calendar date before calling - never send the literal text "YYYY-MM-DD".
- `menu_id` - integer, from `store.operations.menus`; if unknown, try `1`.
- A 200 response with an empty `available_times` array means fully booked that day - this is a normal, successful response, not an error.
- A 503 response means the live schedule could not be reached right now - this IS an error. Do not tell the user the day is full; say availability is temporarily unavailable.
- This endpoint only reports current openings. It never reserves or holds a slot.

- `GET https://lulune-yomogi.com/wp-json/lulune-ai/v1/booking-link?date=2026-10-03&time=21:00&menu_id=1` - re-checks the slot and returns a time-limited link to the booking screen, date/time pre-filled. Generates a link only; it never finalizes a reservation. Share the link with the user and tell them to confirm it themselves.

Notes for callers:

- Tracking parameters (utm_source, gclid, fbclid, etc.) are safely ignored if present in the request URL - no need to strip them yourself.
- Any undocumented parameter (e.g. customer_id, email) gets a 400 error - this API never accepts or returns personal data.
- One calendar day per availability/booking-link call.
- This site also implements Chrome WebMCP (`navigator.modelContext`, Origin Trial) as a browser-native alternative to the REST API above; the REST API is the primary, always-available path and works in any client.
